The EF407 is a classic New Yorker sized guitar handcrafted in vintage tradition from the most sought after tone woods. The solid Hawaiian Koa back and sides gives this sweet little guitar a voice rich beyond its New Yorker size, and a look of pure luxury. This guitar is stage and studio ready as it is equipped with the Takamine Palethetic pickup and the active GRAPH-EX class A line driver preamp mounted discreetly inside the guitar - and it sounds amazing. The ebony fingerboard is fitted with nickel silver frets, leveled and finished by hand for perfect playability and intonation. The soundhole and perimeter of the top are inlaid with hundreds of pieces of beautiful abalone shell.
